CHOCOLATE BROWNIES - Make the best use of your microwave with these tasty brownies!

2 eggs

100g butter (melted)

1 t vanilla

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup cocoa

1 t baking powder

pinch salt


Melt butter, add sugar, vanilla and eggs - then all dry ingredients. 

Spread into greased microwave safe dish approx 20cm square.

Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Take out when not quite cooked (you might have to experiment to get it perfect)

Dust with icing sugar and eat while warm!

Makes around 9 pieces
